Yoga means union of your body, mind and spirit.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, yoga will slowly and easily open up your body. You will feel taller, breathe easier and you will move about more comfortably.
Yoga is not competitive, you will work at your own pace and it is about your own personal progress.
Routinely, for Westerners, yoga is thought as having two parts: asanas or postures (body control) and pranayama (breath control) or the energy manifested in each of us through breath.
The yoga postures are entered and held in order to feel peace within, the point where the pose is easy, natural and feels good. Asanas can help to tone the nervous system, improve circulation, release tension and increase flexibility. Deep breathing can help to cleanse and nourish the body, the vital energy is released for physical and mental rejuvenation.
Yoga is like life, when things are easy it feels good, when things are not going your way it’s a challenge. Yoga is a journey through the poses, working with each pose until you find peace, then progressing to the next level.
Yoga can help you become more aware of your body, you will discover feelings, muscles and energies you never imagined you had in you
